Following almost two decades in public accounting, Dalrymple spent several years serving in various roles in local government and as controller of a public university. In 2015, she returned to the practice of public accounting as a sole practitioner, with a focus on performing the controllership function for not-for-profit and service organizations. Dalrymple joined UDI Community Development Corporation in 2015 to serve as its Finance Director and Loan Officer for its loan programs.
