Don Harrington is the Chief Credit Risk Officer at Carolina Small Business Development Fund. He is a banking professional with over 27 years of experience in commercial, consumer, and mortgage lending, loan operations, credit administration, portfolio risk management, and financial management. He joined Carolina Small Business Development Fund’s small business lending team in 2012. Prior to joining Carolina Small Business Development Fund, Don served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Risk Officer at M&F Bank. He received a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Don recently received the 10,000 Small Businesses Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a Certificate in Community Development Finance from the University of New Hampshire.
